Treveth’s Perran Housing is seeking an experienced and strategic Chair to lead its Project Committee and support the delivery of high-quality, affordable homes across Cornwall.

As Chair, you will lead the Committee in setting and overseeing Perran’s strategic direction. You will work closely with the Managing Director and senior team to monitor delivery of the business plan, uphold strong governance and support a culture of openness, accountability and constructive challenge. The role includes ensuring effective performance management, regulatory compliance and meaningful engagement with key stakeholders including our Shareholder.

We are looking for a confident and inclusive leader with board-level experience and a track record of effective governance. Experience in housing, regeneration or joint ventures is desirable, as is a strong understanding of risk and performance oversight. Familiarity with the South West’s housing and development context, would be advantageous.

You will bring sound judgement, excellent communication skills and the ability to chair meetings effectively, ensuring clear outcomes and balanced contributions. This is an opportunity to shape the future of a purpose-led organisation with deep local impact.
